Shipping Policy
Shipping and delivery
Goods purchased on Blastero ship to all member states of the European Union. Below is an overview of carriers, delivery times, and shipping terms.
1. Order dispatch
Orders received by 2:00 p.m. on business days are dispatched within 24 business hours. Orders received on weekends and public holidays are dispatched on the next business day. We notify you of dispatch by email with a parcel tracking link. The carrier's tracking link may take up to 24–48 hours to activate after dispatch.
2. Carriers
We partner with well-known carriers. The carrier depends on the destination country:
- Czech Republic and Slovakia: Packeta (Zásilkovna), GLS, DPD
- Western EU (DE, FR, IT, AT, BE, NL, LU): DPD, GLS
- Other EU countries: GLS, DPD subject to availability
3. Delivery times
Times are counted from dispatch from the warehouse:
- Czech Republic and Slovakia: 2–3 business days
- Western EU (DE, FR, IT, AT and surrounding countries): 4–7 business days
- Other EU countries: 7–14 business days
Delivery times are indicative. Actual delivery may be affected by carrier operations, holidays, or circumstances outside our control.
4. Shipping cost
- Free shipping across the EU on orders over €60 (post-discount amount, excluding shipping costs).
- For orders under €60, the standard carrier rate for the destination country applies.
- The final shipping cost is always shown in the cart before you complete the order — no hidden fees.
5. Tracking
Every dispatched order automatically gets an email with a tracking link for the relevant carrier. You can check the parcel status at any time on the carrier's site. In some cases the tracking link may take up to 24–48 hours to activate after dispatch; if there are still no updates after that, contact us.
6. Changes or order cancellation
Changes to an order (modifying the address or items, or cancellation) are only possible until the order leaves our warehouse, usually within 12 hours of placing it. Contact us promptly at info@blastero.eu with your order number and the requested change.
After dispatch, the delivery address cannot be changed through the seller; some changes can be arranged directly with the carrier via the tracking link (depending on the carrier).
7. Checking the parcel on delivery
We recommend checking the integrity of the packaging immediately when taking delivery from the carrier. Note any visible damage to the packaging on the delivery receipt or refuse to accept the parcel and inform us immediately at info@blastero.eu with photo evidence.
Note: minor damage to the outer packaging (the shipping carton) that hasn't affected the product inside does not on its own constitute grounds for replacement or reimbursement. For the procedure where the contents are genuinely damaged, see Returns and complaints policy, article 6.
8. Undelivered or uncollected parcels
If the parcel hasn't arrived in the expected window or couldn't be delivered:
- Check the parcel status using the tracking link.
- Verify with the carrier whether it has been left at a pickup point or with a neighbour.
- If tracking marks the parcel as "delivered" but you haven't physically received it, contact us within 7 days of the delivered status; we'll help open an investigation with the carrier.
- For any further questions, contact us at info@blastero.eu; include the order number and a description of the situation.
For uncollected parcels returned to our warehouse, we may, by agreement, send the parcel again; the buyer bears the cost of re-shipping. For details see Returns and complaints policy, article 12.
9. Accuracy of the delivery address
The buyer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the delivery address provided in the order. The seller is not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete details. If re-delivery is required, the buyer bears the cost.
10. Customs and duties
All orders are processed within the EU single market — no import duties or additional customs fees apply. We currently do not deliver outside the EU.
11. Age restriction on delivery
Gel blasters are intended for people aged 14 and over. The carrier may, in justified cases, require age verification of the recipient. When buying as a gift, the age restriction applies to the end user.
