Does a gel blaster hit hurt?
Gel balls are soft hydrated projectiles that burst on impact. They can cause a brief sting similar to a rubber band, but won't cause injury. Eye protection is always required during play.
Are gel blasters legal in the EU?
Gel blasters are legal in most EU countries — they're classified as toys, not weapons. All our products are CE certified and meet European safety regulations. Please check local specifics against the laws in your country.
How do you hydrate gel balls?
Soak dry balls in clean water for 3–4 hours until they reach full size (7–8 mm). Drain off excess water before use. Store hydrated balls in an airtight container — they'll last up to 7 days.
What age are gel blasters suitable for?
All our gel blasters are recommended for ages 14+. Adult supervision is recommended for younger teens. Eye protection is mandatory during play.
Orders and shipping
How long does delivery take?
We ship from our EU warehouse. Standard delivery within the EU takes 3–5 working days. For selected countries you can choose express shipping (1–2 days) at checkout.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Standard shipping within the EU is free on orders over €60.
Do you deliver outside the EU?
We currently only deliver within the European Union. We're working on expanding to more markets.
Returns and warranty
What's your return policy?
We offer 30-day returns on all unused products in their original packaging. To start a return, contact us at info@blastero.eu.
Do your products come with a warranty?
All gel blasters come with a 6-month manufacturer warranty against defects in material and workmanship. Accessories have a 3-month warranty.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfers. All payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments.
Is shopping on your site secure?
Absolutely. The store uses SSL encryption and all payments are processed by Shopify's PCI-compliant payment system. We never store your payment card details.
